Job Title: Associate Full Stack Developer Experience: 0-1 YearsLocation (Preferred): Atlanta, USJob SummaryLooking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in NodeJS, React and ability to work with Databases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing and developing web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain features for a multi-tenant SaaS platform using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)Implement tenant-aware architecture (organization-level isolation, RBAC, secure API design, row-level data controls)Design and optimize scalable REST APIs and responsive front-end componentsActively utilize AI-powered engineering tools to enable rapid prototyping, faster iteration cycles, and high-quality production-grade code delivery.Integrate AI capabilities (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG-based workflows, AI assistants, automation agents) into product featuresImplement prompt guardrails, validation logic, and secure AI usage patternsOptimize database performance in shared-schema or shared-database SaaS modelsSupport CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and environment configurations (dev/staging/prod)Monitor logs, troubleshoot runtime issues, and resolve production defectsProvide structured Tier-1/Tier-2 technical support during assigned shifts, including debugging tenant-specific vs system-wide issuesDocument solutions, FAQs, and technical workflows to improve customer experience and internal knowledge baseEscalate architectural, performance, or security-sensitive issues appropriatelyRequired Technical SkillsStrong experience with JavaScript based App development on PERN/MERN stackExpertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux / Zustand preferred)Development experience with NodeJS/NextJSStrong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design principlesExperience in building and consuming REST APIsBasic knowledge of GraphQL is a plusFamiliarity with ORMs/ODMs such as Sequelize, Prisma, or MongooseProficiency with Git, branching strategies, and code review practicesUnderstanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS)Nice to HaveAWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda basics)DockerBasic understanding of: o  OAuth/JWT authentication o  Web security (OWASP fundamentals) o  Logging & observabilityExperience with ticketing systems (Jira, ClickUp, Zendesk, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to take ownership and work independentlyAdaptable and eager to learn new technologies
