Associate Full Stack Developer (Graduate)

Job Description: Associate Full Stack Developer (Graduate).Scope of Work/Responsibilities:The Associate Full Stack Developer will support the SovOps engineering team in delivering cloud-native applications and digital solutions. Work assignments will be provided under the supervision of senior technical team members and will increase in complexity as capability develops. Detailed Tasks/Expected Output Assist in developing cloud-native applications and software components. Support front-end development activities using Angular and related technologies. Support backend development activities using Azure Functions and related services. Assist in implementing APIs and integration services. Participate in unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution activities. Support application deployment and release activities. Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and development environments. Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements. Develop and maintain front-end forms, dashboards, task views, and user-facing components. Support backend services, API integrations, and business logic implementation. Work with JSON payloads, databases, and application data models. Assist in supporting integration activities involving Service Bus, APIM, and related technologies. Participate in workflow implementation and automation activities. Apply established coding standards, security requirements, and development practices. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members. Prepare technical documentation and implementation notes. Provide support during testing, stabilization, hypercare, and production-readiness activities. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates who have graduated within the last three (3) years are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Up to two (2) years of relevant experience, including internships, capstone projects, research projects, bootcamps, open-source contributions, or professional work experience Essential skills and experience include: Software engineering fundamentals including programming, debugging, testing, and version control. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Familiarity with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks. Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and web application development concepts. Basic understanding of Git and collaborative development practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong interest in cloud-native application development and Microsoft Azure technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment. Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching and mentorship. Additional experience that would be advantageous: Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services. Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts. Exposure to Angular, TypeScript, or Node.js development. Familiarity with Cosmos DB, Redis, Service Bus, APIM, or related technologies. Exposure to cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, or workflow technologies.
