Joining the senior commercial team, you will focus on driving strategic business development and revenue growth within the region.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of building strategic partnerships, preferably in the education, training, or professional body sectors. Arabic proficiency, direct MENA experience, and a deep understanding of its market are highly desirable. This autonomous role carries no line management but requires managing a significant opportunity pipeline and negotiating with senior stakeholders across corporate, training, and government entities.Based in CMI's Dubai office, this role requires regular travel to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.Responsibilities:Grow CMI’s footprint and market-leader position within MENA by identifying and securing new sales growth opportunities for certifications, programme accreditations, and membership solutions.Achieve and exceed an individual sales target by executing a targeted commercial strategy focused on MENA Training Providers, Employers, and Government Entities.Lead strategic engagement with C-suite executives, directors, and senior government officials, aligning the value of CMI’s customer offering to solve institutional leadership and management gaps.Liaise with internal stakeholders at CMI to adapt value propositions, innovative engagement models, and marketing solutions that cater directly to the Saudi market.Act as a credible ambassador for CMI in the MENA region, ensuring the maintenance of positive partner relationships and high customer satisfaction.About you:We are an inclusive employer and welcome all diverse backgrounds, where individuality is celebrated, creating both a forward-thinking team and a supportive space for everyone in the CMI team. Proven track record of B2B & B2G sales success in selling training solutions, professional certifications, or education products within the MENA region.Demonstrable experience navigating and building strong customer relationships with government entities, private training providers, and corporate HR / Learning and Development functions.Prior experience working with or for a professional body, chartered institute, or certification organisation is highly preferred.Confident in developing and undertaking high-impact sales presentations to a senior, C-suite, or ministerial audience.Comfortable at networking and representing CMI at large, industry-leading conferences and international events.Native Arabic-speaker.Expertise in managing a complex commercial sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.Regularly looking for opportunities to self-develop, learn new skills, and deeply understand CMI’s evolving product suite.Why CMI:Are you looking to join a dynamic and ambitious organisation?
