قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Role:The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports business leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on talent acquisition in the initial phase of the role and increasing involvement in HR operations and business partnering activities as recruitment demands evolve. Working closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, the incumbent supports end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, specialized, and business-critical positions while assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, policy communication, employee relations support, and offboarding processes. The role contributes to delivering a positive and consistent employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.This is an individual contributor role suited for an HR professional seeking to build broad HRBP capabilities. The Junior HRBP collaborates with stakeholders to support talent and people initiatives, maintains accurate HR records and reporting, assists in resolving employee queries, and escalates complex employee relations, policy, or compliance matters to senior HR leadership when required. Through strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, the Junior HRBP helps support business objectives while developing expertise across both talent acquisition and HR operations.Job Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and sourcing strategy for specialized, technical, and senior-level vacancies.Proactively source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, agencies, and digital talent platforms, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche roles.Screen, interview, and assess candidates; present shortlists with structured evaluation and recommendations to hiring managers.Manage the offer process, including salary benchmarking input, offer negotiation support, and reference/background verification coordination.Maintain an accurate, up-to-date recruitment pipeline in the ATS/HRIS and report on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and requisition status.Build and maintain a talent pipeline and market map for critical or recurring specialist positions.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external sourcing partners, ensuring cost-effective and quality outcomes.Employee Lifecycle & HR OperationsCoordinate new-hire onboarding, including documentation, systems access requests, induction scheduling, and probation tracking.Process and track employee lifecycle transactions , confirmations, transfers, promotions, and changes in terms , in line with policy.Maintain accurate and complete employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.Support the coordination of the performance review cycle, including timelines, system administration, and manager reminders.Coordinate offboarding activities: exit interviews, clearance, final settlement input, and knowledge-transfer follow-up.Business Partnering & Employee AdvisoryServe as the day-to-day HR point of contact for assigned business leaders and employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and people practices.Support business leaders with workforce planning input, org structure changes, and headcount tracking within the assigned client group.Respond to employee queries on HR policy, benefits, and procedures; escalate complex, sensitive, or disciplinary matters to the HRD.Support the investigation and documentation of routine employee relations matters under the guidance of the HRD.Provide input to HRD on recurring people issues, engagement themes, or attrition patterns observed within the assigned client group.HR Policy, Compliance & ReportingApply UAE labour law and internal HR policy consistently across recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.Ensure employment documentation (offer letters, contracts, visa-related paperwork coordination) is accurate and complete.Flag policy gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks to the HRD with supporting detail.Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activity, headcount, turnover, and HR operational metrics for the HRD and business leaders.Employee Experience & EngagementSupport the rollout of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programmes within the assigned client group.Gather and relay employee feedback and sentiment to HR leadership to inform engagement and retention actions.Champion a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition and broader HR generalist exposure.Extensive, demonstrated experience sourcing and securing specialized, technical, and senior-level talent, including direct sourcing and market mapping.Solid working knowledge of core HR operations: onboarding, employee records, performance administration, and offboarding.Working knowledge of UAE labour law and standard HR policies and practices.Strong stakeholder management skills , able to act as a credible, trusted partner to business leaders and employees.Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and MS Office (particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.PreferredHR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent).Experience recruiting across multiple industries or business units within a diversified group.Exposure to HR digital transformation, HRIS implementation, or process improvement initiatives.Arabic language skills advantageous given the regional talent market and stakeholder base.Who CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY or less than 1 month notice.
