Associate I - Financial Advisory

We're hiring an Associate I in Financial Advisory at Numerica Financial Advisory.This is a full-time role for someone with a 2-5 solid accounting behind them who wants exposure to advisory work alongside the day-to-day close.What you'll do: • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients — accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations • Assist with month-end and year-end close • Post journal entries and maintain supporting schedules and audit-ready documentation • Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements • Maintain fixed asset registers and reconcile subledgers to the general ledger • Work in Xero and Odoo, keeping client records clean and current • Support feasibility studies and financial models on an as-needed basis • Respond to client queries with guidanceWhat we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or advisory • Working knowledge of Xero and Odoo • Strong Excel — lookups, pivot tables, clean workbook structure • CMA, CPA, FMVA or ACCA a plus, completed or in progressApply through the Google Form link below: https://forms.gle/jvbrjj1GggcHnY6L7
