With operations across 7 countries, Badili is building a new standard for how people buy, sell, and experience technology.Join the Badili team and be part of this exciting journey as we reshape the future of technology.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Associate - Inventory & Dashboard Management to manage operational dashboards, maintain accurate data, and coordinate with different teams to track the movement of phones/devices across locations and countries. The role will ensure that operational information is updated accurately and on time, providing clear visibility to management and supporting smooth coordination between Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and other teams.Key Responsibilities·        Manage and regularly update operational dashboards and data trackers.·        Track phones/devices coming into and going out of the organization.·        Maintain records of device movements, including transfers and shipments to different countries.·        Track device status, location, quantity, movement dates, and other relevant details.·        Ensure all operational transactions are updated accurately and on time.·        Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant teams to collect required information.·        Follow up with team members to ensure pending updates and actions are completed.·        Reconcile dashboard data with physical inventory, shipment records, and other operational records.·        Identify discrepancies, missing information, delays, or data gaps and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.·        Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.·        Maintain proper documentation and records for all device movements.·        Coordinate with international teams regarding device transfers and shipments.·        Provide timely updates on incoming, outgoing, transferred, shipped, and pending devices.·        Support process improvements to make operational tracking more efficient and transparent.·        Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency across all dashboards and reports.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Data Management, or a related field.· 3 years of experience in data management, operations coordination, MIS, reporting, dashboard management, or a similar role.· Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.· Good understanding of data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Good coordination and follow-up skills.· Ability to work with multiple teams and manage several operational updates simultaneously.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.Preferred Skills·        Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other dashboard/reporting tools.·        Experience working with inventory, logistics, warehouse, e-commerce, retail, or device management operations.·        Familiarity with international shipments and cross-country movement of goods.·        Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data validation.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·        Accuracy and timeliness of dashboard updates.·        Accuracy of device movement and inventory records.·        Timely reconciliation of operational data.·        Closure of data discrepancies and pending updates.·        Quality and timeliness of management reports.·        Effective coordination and follow-up with internal teams.·        Overall visibility and reliability of operational data.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams.
