The platform, which previously launched in 2019 under the name eKos_Connect, has already been collaborating with over 350 creators, across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Philippines and has helped its creators collectively earn a total of over US$1.5 million.About The JobBased in the Philippines, the Associate will support the Singapore Creatory business, owning end-to-end campaign execution, creator/affiliate management and performance reporting. This role acts as a key operational bridge between the Creatory platform, internal stakeholders and external partners, with a clear path to greater ownership and scope at the Senior level.The Associate, KOL Marketing Operations Will Be Responsible ForCampaign, Project & Account ManagementCreate, maintain and execute affiliate plans based on various campaign initiativesCoordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to dateMaintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaignsCollaborate with the internal team to build and maintain landing pages for different campaigns and channel partnersReview and optimise campaign execution procedures, user journeys and landing pages for channel partners and content creators, across current environment platformsWork closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaignsSupport affiliates recruitment and managementSupport SG Creatory team on business development initiatives, campaigns and pitchesManage multiple deliverables and transition seamlessly among themWork closely with the manager on more complex or higher-value campaigns and channel partner relationships, with greater autonomy in decision-makingReporting and AnalyticsSupport SG Creatory team on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requestsManage relationships with external stakeholders through consistent and accurate delivery of comprehensive performance reportsManage the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for the Ops functionFacilitate coordination and production of monthly financial and other reporting-related deliverablesMeasure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metricsProvide recommendations on how to improve operations processes to partners and the leadership teamIn This Role, We Are Looking For Someone WithAt least 2 years of experience in a marketing operations, sales operations, or data/campaign operations roleFluency in English LanguageStrong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messagingAbility to interface and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party/contingent partnersBasic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing, conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting/insights creationExcellent planning, analytical and organisational skills, alongside high attention to detailProven track record of working on own initiative with an instinctive "can-do" attitude, and a strong focus on delivering resultsGood To HaveBasic to intermediate Excel proficiencyProject management mindset — able to treat campaigns and reporting cycles as projects, managing timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple teamsAdaptability — comfortable adjusting to new processes and shifting priorities in a fast-changing digital landscapePassion for the creator economy spaceWhat can you expect from us?Impact: We are actively empowering and connecting people to a better financial future.
