Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our Istanbul office. The successful candidate will advise clients primarily on corporate and commercial law matters and take an active role in litigation, dispute resolution and related legal proceedings. The position involves substantive legal drafting, client interaction and collaboration with the firm's lawyers on domestic and cross-border matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and general business law mattersHandle litigation and dispute resolution matters, including drafting pleadings, petitions and other procedural submissionsManage case files, follow court proceedings and ensure timely completion of procedural steps and deadlinesResearch legislation, regulations and case law, and prepare legal memoranda and practical written adviceCommunicate with clients, counterparties and external counsel, and coordinate matter-related correspondenceAssist in structuring and implementing corporate transactions, including M&A matters and corporate reorganizationsReview corporate records and transaction documents and support legal due diligence exercisesIdentify and assess legal risks and develop practical recommendations for clientsDraft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and other legal documentsPrepare legal opinions on corporate, commercial, regulatory and contentious matters.Essential Qualifications and SkillsAdmission to a bar association in Türkiye and 3–5 years of experience practising as a lawyerDemonstrated experience in corporate law and commercial lawHands-on experience in litigation, dispute resolution and related legal proceedingsAdvanced command of English, both written and spoken, including legal draftingStrong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contractsExcellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with sound commercial judgmentHighly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple matters efficientlyAbility to manage competing deadlines and work effectively in a demanding professional environmentAbility to work on-site at our Istanbul officeStrong communication, client management and teamwork skillsGraduation from one of Türkiye's leading law faculties is preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-value, cross-border matters with leading international and domestic clients.
