• Nuwara Eliya, Central Province, Sri LankaJob Functions* Supervise, guide, and support Team Leaders & Cluster Heads by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team KPIs.* Support development and maintenance of strong relationships with bank branch managers and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business growth.* Conduct regular branch visits island wide and assist in execution of sales promotions, campaigns, and joint activities to increase insurance penetration across Life Endowment products.* Identify local growth opportunities and support implementation of cross-selling and up-selling strategies within assigned branch networks.* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, Training and deployment of Regional Teams in coordination with management to ensure adequate branch coverage and performance readiness.Qualifications* Degree from UGC approved university or equivalent professional qualification (Preferably in the field of Sales and Marketing).* Minimum of 05 years sales experience in the Life Bancassurance channel in the capacity of Manager position in Bancassurance.* Previous experience of handling a large team could be a definite advantage.* Should be a self motivator with excellent communication, presentation skills and inter-relation skills across cross segments of society.* Must have experience in managing a team with excellent track record in delivering sales.Proficient in Bancassurance sales model.Benefits* Attractive Remuneration including Basic Salaries and incentives.* Foreign Tour exposures.* A pretty structured career path & guidance.* A well established professional experience.* Srilanka's best conglomerate experience.
