Job Title: Associate ManagerPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our True Profile. This role requires a strong understanding of PSV industries & licensing for Healthcare Professionals in the GCC and a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of Verification & Licensing in GCC.Develop and implement strategies to improve lead closures.Analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectivesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standardsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in [Relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Marketing] or equivalent experience3-5 years of relevant professional experience in PSV & licensing.Proven leadership and management experience, including team building, coaching, and performance managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creativelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatoryPreferred: Fluency in Arabic/HindiDetailed knowledge of DF & licensing process
