We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on nationality, race, colour, religion, caste, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or marital status and allow for equal opportunities for all our team members.Responsibilities:Supervise store workmen, staff, assign tasks, and assist in training.Conduct regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile with system records.100% physical vs. record compliance, meticulous data entry.Ensure the store premises are clean, organized, and safe.Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders.Arrange storage in designated areas, ensuring proper identification (Lot No.).Issue materials to production/subcontractors.Manage dispatch of Stock transfer material, verifying documentation and packaging.Maintain accurate store records (GRNs, stock registers, returns).Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update ERP/software in real-time.Generate reports (consumption trends, stock status) for management.Implement stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and prevent obsolescence.Liaise with Procurement for timely material replenishment and vendors for deliveries.Coordinate with Production for material requirements.Ensure adherence to safety, quality (ISO), and environmental standards (5S).Scrap management.Manage tools, equipment, and returnable materials.Efficiency: Streamlined receiving, storage, and issuing processes.Cost Control: Minimizing stock loss, optimizing space, timely reordering.Safety: Strict adherence to handling guidelines for all materials, including hazardous ones.Qualifications: MCOM/ MBA / B.Tech (Material management)Required Skills: 10+ years of total experience.Equal Opportunity Statement: VIP Industries Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
