قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob OverviewThe Associate Manager provides management oversight across teams and engagements, focusing on governance, performance oversight, and alignment with organizational standards rather than operational project management.The role is responsible for reviewing delivery performance, monitoring high-level progress against objectives and SLAs, and ensuring that risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed through the appropriate delivery management channels.The Associate Manager also provides people and stakeholder oversight, supporting team utilization, workload balance, capability development, and performance feedback while maintaining a healthy and sustainable operating model.The position acts as a senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment of expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide management oversight across teams and engagements.Monitor delivery performance and high-level progress against objectives and SLAs.Ensure risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed through appropriate delivery management channels.Oversee team utilization and workload balance.Support capability development and performance feedback.Maintain a healthy and sustainable operating model.Act as a senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership.Ensure transparency, clear communication, and alignment of expectations.Support governance forums and management reporting.Support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure organizational policies, controls, and quality standards are consistently applied.Requirements5-7 years of relevant professional experience.Expert-level expertise in Network Security Operations (P4 – Expert).Experience in management oversight, governance, and performance oversight across teams and engagements.Experience monitoring delivery performance, objectives, and SLAs.Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations through appropriate delivery channels.Experience with team utilization, workload balance, capability development, and performance feedback.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to interface effectively with delivery teams, Delivery Managers, and leadership.Experience supporting governance forums, reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.Understanding of organizational policies, controls, and quality standards.Also, You can forward your CV through below link for more upcoming Job vacancies: https://cv-fnrco.
