Associate/Manager - Real Estate Debt & Capital Advisory

Buckden Partners are currently working with a leading independent advisory firm on an opportunity within their Real Estate Debt & Capital Advisory team in Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in real estate finance, debt advisory, banking or transaction advisory who is looking to move into a broader, genuinely advisory-led role.The team advises property owners, investors, developers and other real estate stakeholders on capital structuring, financing strategy and transaction execution across a range of situations.What you’ll be doingYou’ll work across a varied mix of real estate debt and capital advisory mandates, including:Acquisition and development financingRefinancing and debt restructuringCapital raising and recapitalisationsAnalysis of complex capital structuresDebt capacity and financing assessmentsLender and investor engagementTransaction execution and financing processesFinancial and debt modellingPreparing client and lender materialsSupporting senior stakeholders and taking ownership of key workstreamsThe role offers exposure across the full capital stack, with interaction across banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, institutional investors and other capital providers.What they’re looking forThey are open-minded on background and would ideally consider candidates coming from:Banking / real estate lendingBig 4 / large accountancy or advisory firmsReal estate debt or capital advisoryReal estate investment or financeYou do not need to be a qualified accountant.
