If you’re energised by innovation, teamwork, and real responsibility, Magna is where you can grow and thrive.OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Associate Manager to support the delivery of tax and e‑invoicing solutions for clients across the GCC. Working alongside our senior implementation team, you will take hands‑on ownership of key workstreams, from requirements gathering and data assessment through to testing and go‑live. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to build in-depth knowledge in a fast‑growing area of tax technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end‑to‑end delivery of tax technology and e‑invoicing implementation projects, tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to support timely delivery.Assist in translating regulatory and business requirements into practical solution designs, process maps, functional specifications, and implementation plans. Support the evaluation and selection of e-invoicing and tax technology vendors by assessing functionality, integration capability, compliance coverage, scalability, and user experience. Analyse client invoicing, tax, and ERP data to identify gaps against e-invoicing, digital reporting, and indirect tax requirements. Work with client Finance, Tax, and IT teams to understand current processes, systems, data flows, and compliance obligations, and identify appropriate integration options. Prepare and execute test scripts for the end-to-end solution testing, documenting outcomes and following defects through to resolution. Support configuration, data validation, user readiness, and cutover activities in preparation for go-live.Prepare clear project documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption and knowledge transfer.Monitor post‑go‑live performance, support issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting, and user experience. Stay informed on evolving GCC and international e-invoicing, digital tax reporting, and tax technology developments, sharing insights with the wider team and clients. Experience & Qualifications1–3 years’ experience in e‑invoicing, tax technology, finance systems, or technology consulting.Exposure to GCC e‑invoicing or indirect tax technology implementations is preferred.Familiarity with a range of ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with an understanding of common integration approaches and how data fllows between finance, tax, and e-invoicing platforms.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with confidence working with data.Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working directly with clients.Ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients and balance competing priorities.A proactive, organised approach and a genuine appetite to learn.Why This Role MattersE‑invoicing regulations across the GCC are evolving rapidly, and organisations need expert delivery partners who can ensure full compliance while modernising finance and tax operations.
