Associate Marketing Director

Position Title: Associate Director – MarketingEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary (AED): inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: as per UAE labor law, Annual air ticket & Employee Stock Option Plan Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Company: A leading technology-enabled home services company offering on-demand household services.Job Description: Drive growth and user acquisition by developing strategies to acquire customers and increase repeat usage across service categories.Identify and launch new services, categories, and business models by using consumer insights, market research, and data to identify growth opportunities.Own key business metrics including orders, customer experience, profitability, and new revenue streams, working closely with leadership, product, technology, and data teams.Lead consumer marketing and content strategy, including social media to strengthen brand awareness and generate sustainable customer acquisition.Qualifications: Atleast 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, or consumer businessProven track record in customer acquisition, growth, user engagement, and revenue generation.Strong experience in consumer-facing businesses, preferably e-commerce, marketplace, technology, FMCG, consumer services or similar industriesStrong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
