Associate Media Director | DubaiWe are working with one of the UAE's most exciting and award-winning media agencies, helping them to hire an Associate Media Director to join the team.This is a role for a digital-first media professional who wants real ownership: your own book of business, your manage a team and work with senior clients.What you'll do

• Own a book of business end to end: strategy, delivery, performance, revenue and margin
• Lead a team of digital and offline specialists across planning, buying, paid social, search and programmatic
• Turn media strategy into integrated, digital-first plans across Meta, Google, programmatic, TV, OOH, radio and print
• Be the senior day-to-day lead for your clients, from recommendation through to results
• Set KPI frameworks, run test-and-learn optimisation and prove value in business terms
• Grow the book by extending scope and bringing data, tech and measurement into theconversationWhat you'll bring
• 6+ years in media, including 2+ years leading people and 2+ years owning client delivery
• Hands-on depth in Meta, Google, DV360 and GA4
• Solid offline planning and buying experience in the UAE/GCC, with strong media-owner relationships
• Commercial fluency: scopes, fees, forecasting and margin
