About the Role

Associate Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor - Riyadh, KSACore Purpose of the job:To provide specialized financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal support for M&A and Corporate Development activities by preparing structured analysis of investment opportunities, risks, returns, and key assumptions to support management review and informed decision-making.

Requirements

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.5-7 years of transaction-focused financial modeling experience.Experienced in working closely with business leaders to turn strategic and commercial priorities into actionable financial analysis, performance insights, and investment recommendations.Certified CFA is preferrable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.Almarai offers a competitive package, generous leave, medical coverage, discretionary bonus, training, and development etc.This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding global business, offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package.
