Associate - Non Litigation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our CorporateLegal team. The ideal candidate will support the organization in handling day-to-day non-litigation legal matters, including contract management, legal documentation, compliancesupport, and legal research. The role requires strong drafting skills and the ability tocoordinate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and vet agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.• Assist business teams in reviewing contractual terms and highlighting potential legalrisks.• Maintain and manage legal agreements, contract repositories, and legal records.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain and validate legal documentation.• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and compliancerequirements.• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws andinternal policies.• Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, declarations, affidavits, and other legaldocuments as required.• Liaise with external legal counsel for documentation and routine legal matters.• Track legal matters and ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals.• Support internal and external audits by providing legal documents and records.What we're looking for:• LL.B. from a recognized university.• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Legal or Non-Litigation roles.• Good understanding of Contract Law, the Companies Act, and general corporate legalpractices.• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.• Strong legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Background:• Experience with NBFCs, FinTech companies, corporate legal departments, or lawfirms handling corporate advisory and commercial contracts.• Exposure to contract lifecycle management and corporate compliance activities willbe an added advantage.
