UAE National Only Salary : Between 24,000 - 32,000 AED per month (dependant on experience)We are seeking a professional and highly organised Officer / Associate Officer to join the Secretary General’s Office.This is a varied coordination and administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a senior executive office. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and internal and external stakeholders, so strong communication skills, professionalism, discretion and attention to detail are essential.The role would suit a UAE National graduate or an individual with previous experience within an executive office, administration or coordination environment who is confident dealing with people at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Secretary General’s Office.Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules, ensuring priorities and commitments are well organised.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including invitations, meeting rooms, agendas and other arrangements.Handle incoming calls, enquiries and correspondence professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Liaise with internal departments, senior management and external stakeholders on behalf of the office.Prepare and organise correspondence, documents, presentations and meeting materials as required.Track actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.Maintain accurate filing and records, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Support the wider administrative requirements of the office and assist with ad hoc requests as required.Help ensure the Secretary General’s Office operates efficiently, professionally and to a consistently high standard.Candidate ProfileUAE National - to meet with Emiratization policy.Bachelor’s degree.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Professional, polished and confident when communicating with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for follow-up and ensuring tasks are completed.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Comfortable managing calendars, meetings and correspondence.High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality.Previous experience within an executive office, administration or coordination role would be an advantage.
