Associate – International PMODubai / Sharjah, UAEAED 20,000–25,000 per month + BenefitsKingston Stanley is partnering with an established downstream oil & gas manufacturing organisation to appoint an Associate – International PMO, reporting directly to the CEO.This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting business performance and the execution of strategic initiatives across 40+ international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Track international projects, milestones, deliverables and outstanding actions.Coordinate across commercial, operational and regional teams to ensure timely execution.Prepare executive dashboards, management reports and presentations for the CEO.Monitor business performance, identify risks and proactively escalate delays.Support business planning, commercial analysis and strategic initiatives.Ideal Background:5–8 years' experience in PMO, Strategy & Operations, Business Analysis, Business Planning or Strategic Projects.Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives or senior leadership.Strong Excel, PowerPoint, KPI reporting and analytical capabilities.Commercially aware, highly organised and confident coordinating multiple stakeholders.A proactive, hands-on individual who takes ownership and drives actions through to completion.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structured PMO execution with commercial business exposure and direct access to senior leadership.Interested?
