Operating out of our dedicated corporate studio facility in Stamford, CT, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, immaculate digital imagery that elevates our e-commerce brand presence and showcases the fine craftsmanship of our curated collections.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient Associate, Product Photographer to join our creative team on-site at our Stamford, CT studio location. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume, high-quality tabletop product photography across our entire inventory lines, with a heavy emphasis on capturing the fine details, textures, and reflective properties of luxury bags and delicate jewelry. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position operating in a collaborative, structured environment with an immediate, same-day digital asset delivery cadence.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTabletop Production: Set up, compose, and execute professional tabletop product photography exclusively on clean, seamless white backgrounds according to established brand style guides.Strobe Lighting Setup: Utilize advanced studio strobe lighting setups and modifiers to properly eliminate unwanted reflections, manage shadows, and accurately illuminate metallic components, fine jewelry, and luxury leathers.Technical Precision: Implement correct manual camera settings (f-stop, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and focal points) to ensure sharp focus, accurate color representation, and pristine image quality.Real-Time Workflow Management: Maintain an active daily digital workflow by organizing, exporting, and transferring digital assets continuously throughout each shoot day, culminating in a final master export at the End of Day (EOD).Asset Management: Execute light digital editing (global exposure adjustments, color correction, basic dust removal) and ensure all raw and final files are neatly organized, cataloged, and securely backed up within our corporate asset management system.Studio Stewardship: Maintain, organize, and safeguard all company-provided in-house studio equipment, camera rigs, strobe kits, staging surfaces, and hardware tools.Key QualificationsExperience: Proven professional or associate-level experience in commercial product photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing tabletop work (experience shooting highly reflective objects like jewelry, watches, or metallic hardware is a major plus).Technical Skills: In-depth technical mastery of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, studio strobe lighting systems, and tethered shooting configurations.Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard capture and editing software (e.g., Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom).Workflow Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and methodically under daily deadlines, maintaining an organized asset pipeline while processing multiple items per day.Professionalism: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an exceptional eye for detail, composition, and lighting accuracy.Work Schedule & LocationType: Full-time, On-site (Remote work is not available for this position).Hours: 40 hours per week, structured as 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.Breaks: Rest and meal breaks are fully paid and integrated into the standard 8-hour workday.Location: Stamford, CT.Compensation & BenefitsBase Wage: $24.00 – $26.00 USD per hour (depending on experience), paid on a predictable bi-weekly schedule.Overtime: Eligible for overtime compensation at a rate of 1.5x regular base wage ($36.00 – $39.00 USD per hour) for hours worked over 40 in a single workweek. Note: All overtime hours must be requested and approved by management in writing in advance.Benefits: Eligible to participate in standard company-sponsored benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) as outlined in the Luxe Supply Holdings Employee Handbook.Time Off: Standard calendar holidays are observed as days off (unpaid). Regular paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays are not currently offered for this role, but a formal paid leave program is actively a work-in-progress and may be introduced soon.Equipment: All production equipment, camera bodies, lenses, specialized strobes, backdrops, and workstations are fully provided on-site by the company.Please Note: Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
