Responsibilities include developing course materials and assessments, evaluating student performance, providing academic guidance, and supporting an engaging and inclusive learning environment.You will lead and contribute to research activities, develop research projects and collaborations, disseminate findings through appropriate academic and professional channels, and contribute to the growth of the institution’s research profile. The role may also involve supervising postgraduate students, supporting academic initiatives, participating in committees, and contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance.The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, academically rigorous, collaborative, and committed to teaching excellence, research impact, and the continuous development of students and the wider academic community.QualificationsDoctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in the relevant academic discipline or a closely related field.Strong academic knowledge and subject expertise within the relevant discipline.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality teaching, learning activities, assessments, and course materials.Strong research capability with a clear understanding of research methodologies and academic standards.Ability to develop research projects, pursue scholarly collaboration, and communicate research findings through appropriate academic channels.Strong academic writing, presentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to supervise and support undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic development.Commitment to inclusive, student-centered, and research-informed education.Ability to contribute effectively to curriculum development, academic committees, quality assurance, and institutional initiatives.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage teaching, research, supervision, and academic responsibilities effectively.High standards of academic integrity, professionalism, collegiality, and commitment to continuous academic development.
