Job Description – Associate ProfessorPosition: Associate Professor – History / Political Science / Economics Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of Academic Experience Qualification: Ph.D. MandatoryWe are seeking experienced and academically accomplished Associate Professors in History, Political Science, and Economics to join our academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality lectures and conduct tutorials, seminars, and academic discussions.Develop and update course content, teaching materials, and assessment methods.Mentor and guide students in academic and research-related activities.Undertake and publish quality research in reputed journals and academic publications.Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, FDPs, and other academic activities.Guide student research projects, dissertations, and other academic assignments.Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities.Support institutional initiatives related to research, accreditation, academic quality, and student development.Establish and strengthen academic collaborations with universities, institutions, and professional bodies.Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.Eligibility CriteriaPh.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory.Minimum 5+ years of teaching/academic experience in a recognized university/college/institution.Candidates must have a strong academic and research profile.Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, research projects, or institutional responsibilities will be an advantage.Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.Candidates should be committed to teaching, research, and continuous academic development.Applications are invited for:HistoryPolitical ScienceEconomicsInterested candidates may share their updated CV along with details of academic qualifications, teaching experience, research publications, and current/expected compensation.
