This position is aimed at academically qualified individuals with deep expertise in financial management, investment analysis, corporate finance, banking, and fintech. The role involves high-impact teaching, cutting-edge research, and active engagement in institutional and industry collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach finance courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive levels.
- Publish in leading finance and business journals.
- Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate dissertations.
- Design and deliver innovative course modules aligned with industry trends.
- Participate in academic and professional development activities of the department.
- Collaborate with industry and government agencies on research and training programs.Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Economics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years in an Associate or Assistant Professor role.
- Demonstrated research excellence through publications in Scopus/ABDC/SSCI indexed journals.
- Experience in financial modelling, data analytics, or fintech applications preferred.
- Strong record of teaching effectiveness and use of technology in pedagogy.Desirable Skills:
- CFA/FRM or similar professional certifications.
- Participation in international research conferences and grant-winning projects.
