WE ARE HIRING: ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS – PGDMSpecializations: Marketing and FinanceLocation: Greater NoidaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAccurate Institute of Management & Technology invites applications for the position of Associate Professor for its PGDM Programme.We are seeking accomplished faculty members with a strong blend of academic excellence, relevant industry exposure, research orientation, and the ability to deliver application-based management education.Positions Available• Associate Professor – Marketing• Associate Professor – FinanceKey Responsibilities• Deliver engaging and industry-oriented sessions for PGDM students• Integrate management concepts with current corporate practices, case studies, simulations, and live projects• Develop and regularly update course content, assessments, case material, and academic resources• Mentor students for internships, placements, research projects, business competitions, and professional development• Build corporate connections for guest sessions, industry visits, live projects, internships, and executive interactions• Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, programme development, accreditation, and institutional initiatives• Undertake research and publish papers in reputed journals• Develop case studies, consultancy assignments, patents, and funded research projects• Support faculty development and contribute to the overall academic leadership of the PGDM Programme• Strengthen students’ functional knowledge, analytical abilities, communication skills, and placement readinessQualification & Experience• Ph.D. in Management or a relevant allied discipline is strongly preferred• Master’s degree with specialization in Marketing or Finance from a recognized institution• Strong teaching, research, and academic experience at the postgraduate management level• Relevant corporate or industry experience will be highly preferred• Candidates with experience in academic leadership, programme coordination, accreditation, or industry engagement will have an advantage• Qualifications and experience as per AICTE normsDesired Candidate Profile• Excellent command over the concerned specialization• Ability to relate theoretical concepts to practical business situations• Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom-management skills• Experience in experiential teaching through simulations, cases, projects, and real-world business data• Active professional network and ability to facilitate meaningful industry engagement• Research-oriented and committed to academic quality and continuous learning• Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching tools, business analytics, and emerging management practices is desirableInterested candidates may share their updated CV to us at careers@accurate.in or apply directly via LinkedInSubject Line: Application for Associate Professor – Marketing/Finance
