Facilities include spacious multimedia-enabled classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, resourceful libraries, and ample outdoor space to support academic and co-curricular activities.Role Description The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, developing syllabi, preparing lesson plans, and delivering engaging lectures in accordance with institutional and accreditation standards. Daily responsibilities include mentoring and advising students, supervising projects or dissertations where applicable, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing timely academic feedback. The role also involves conducting and publishing scholarly research, contributing to curriculum development, participating in academic committees, and supporting departmental planning and quality assurance activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Lahore campus, requiring consistent presence for teaching, student engagement, meetings, and institutional events.Qualifications Advanced academic qualification (preferably a PhD) in Computer Science with a strong record of teaching at the higher education level.Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment methods aligned with national and institutional standards.Proven research skills, including the ability to conduct independent studies, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and supervise student research projects.Strong classroom management, instructional, and mentoring skills, with the ability to support diverse learning needs and promote inclusive teaching practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in academic writing and presentation.Experience with educational technologies, including multimedia teaching tools, learning management systems, and digital resources.Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, administrators, and staff, and to contribute to committee work and institutional initiatives.Commitment to ethical conduct, professional integrity, continuous professional development, and support for the college’s mission and values.Prior experience in a similar faculty rank or significant university-level teaching and research experience will be considered an advantage.
