Job Responsibilities

1.Teaching and Learning:Deliver courses across PGDM programs in Finance and related disciplines.Handle core and elective subjects in Finance specialization.Develop and update course plans, lesson plans, and teaching materials.Use case-study methodology, simulations, business games, and experiential learning techniques.Integrate technology-enabled teaching methods and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Conduct remedial classes and additional support sessions for students.Ensure achievement of Course Outcomes (COs) and Program Outcomes (POs). 2.Curriculum Design and Academic Development:Design and revise course curriculum in line with industry requirements and AICTE guidelines.Develop course outlines, session plans, assignments, and assessment methods.Introduce new electives and certification programs in emerging areas of finance.3.Research and Publications:Conduct research in finance and related areas.Publish research papers in reputed journals (Scopus, ABDC, UGC Care, etc.).Present papers at national and international conferences.Apply for research grants and consultancy projects.4. Student Mentoring and Academic Advising:Act as Faculty Mentor for assigned students.Guide students in academic planning and career development.Provide support for internships, live projects, and placements.Supervise student research projects and dissertations.5. Examination and Assessment:Prepare question papers, assignments, and evaluation rubrics.Conduct examinations and assess student performance.Moderate examination processes and ensure academic integrity.Submit grades and academic reports within prescribed timelines.6.
