The role involves designing and updating course curricula, preparing teaching materials, and evaluating student performance through assessments and examinations. The Associate Professor will supervise student research projects, guide dissertations, and contribute to the development of scholarly research and publications. Responsibilities also include academic advising, participation in departmental and university committees, and supporting co-curricular activities such as moot courts and legal aid initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the MATS University campus in Kanpur.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with expertise in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.Demonstrated experience in Teaching at the university level, including curriculum development and student evaluation.Proven Research skills, with a record of publications, conference presentations, or ongoing scholarly projects.Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management abilities.Ability to integrate practical case studies, contemporary legal issues, and interdisciplinary perspectives into teaching.Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Law, and qualifications aligning with regulatory and accreditation requirements.Experience in academic administration, committee work, or program coordination is an advantage.Commitment to ethical practice, diversity, inclusion, and the overall development of learners.
