The Institute is committed to academic excellence, research, professional development, and innovative legal education.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality lectures and conduct tutorials, seminars, and interactive classroom sessions.Develop and update course content, teaching plans, and learning materials.Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.Undertake and publish quality research in reputed journals and academic publications.Guide and encourage students in research projects, moot courts, legal aid activities, and academic competitions.Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, FDPs, and other academic activities.Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, examination-related responsibilities, and departmental activities.Develop academic collaborations and contribute to institutional research initiatives.Participate in accreditation, statutory, and quality-assurance activities of the institution.Take up additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Institution.Essential QualificationsPh.D. in Law or Management is mandatory.Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university/institution.Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching/academic experience in a recognized higher education institution.Strong academic, research, communication, and presentation skills.Preferred ProfilePublications in reputed UGC-CARE / peer-reviewed / Scopus-indexed journals will be preferred.Experience in research projects, academic administration, curriculum development, or institutional committees will be an advantage.Experience in guiding student research, moot courts, legal aid, and other academic activities will be preferred.Candidates with demonstrated academic and research contributions will be given preference.Key CompetenciesStrong command of legal concepts and contemporary legal developments.Excellent teaching and classroom-management skills.Research-oriented academic approach.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Student mentoring and academic leadership.Ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment.
