Located on a five-acre green campus in Bengaluru, ABBS provides modern classrooms, well-equipped hostels, and advanced sports facilities, creating a supportive environment for academic and professional growth.Role Description The Associate Professor of Management will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction in management courses, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum enhancement. Daily activities include preparing and delivering lectures, facilitating case discussions, supervising projects and internships, and guiding students in research and career development. The role involves active participation in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives, as well as engagement with industry partners for guest lectures, workshops, and collaborative projects. The Associate Professor will also be expected to publish scholarly work, contribute to accreditation and quality assurance activities, and support student-centric events and management development programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the ABBS campus in Bengaluru.QualificationsStrong expertise in University Teaching in areas such as finance, statistics, Analytics, Marketing, Operations etc. at the postgraduate level.Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing syllabi, assessment methods, and innovative learning activities aligned with industry needs.Robust Research skills, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, or funded projects in management or related fields.Knowledge of Marketing concepts and their application in teaching, research, and institutional branding or outreach activities.Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment.Experience in mentoring students, supervising dissertations or projects, and engaging with industry for internships, guest lectures, and curriculum feedback.Familiarity with outcome-based education, accreditation standards, and the use of digital tools or learning management systems in teaching.
