Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor of Management located in Greater NoidaWe are seeking Associate Prof in MBA / PGDM programs in the fields like Marketing, Finance, Humar Resouces and International Business. The Associate Professor will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate management courses, using innovative teaching methods and engaging classroom activities to support student learning. Responsibilities include designing and updating curricula, supervising student projects and internships, and mentoring learners in academic and professional development. The Associate Professor will also participate in departmental committees, contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives, engage with industry through consulting and outreach, and support the Institution’s academic and administrative functions.QualificationsCandidates should possess expertise in institute teaching and curriculum development within management or related disciplines.Candidates should possess strong research skills, including the ability to design studies, publish scholarly work, and secure academic or industry collaborations.Candidates should possess knowledge in organizational behavior and related management subjects to teach and guide students effectively.Candidates should possess understanding of marketing concepts and applications relevant to management education and practice.Eligibility :Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Management or a closely related field from a recognized university.Other eligibility remains as per AICTE normsInterested candidates may apply via LinkedIn or mail us their cv at careers@accurate.in
