We are seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to join Saudi Aramco - SMP in Dhahran.This opportunity is ideal for Saudi professionals with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluationStrong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAMExperience in program evaluation methodologiesHands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe CaptivateAbility to design and develop interactive learning contentExperience in project management and handling projects independentlyStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsCPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred
