Associate Technical Project Manager – Video TechnologyPermanent/FTERemoteUp to $125,000Are you an ambitious Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager looking to build a career in technical project delivery?I’m supporting a growing video technology business that develops interactive digital experiences across web, mobile and connected TV.They’re looking for an Associate Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex platform initiatives and customer projects across the sports, entertainment and media sectors.Working closely with an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll be given genuine responsibility from day one while developing the technical knowledge and delivery experience needed to eventually manage your own projects and enterprise accounts.Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day running of Jira, including tickets, statuses, sprint progress and project boards.Support multiple Agile engineering workstreams alongside a Senior Technical Project Manager.Maintain accurate project documentation, priorities and updates within Confluence.Help coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.Track blockers, dependencies and delivery risks, escalating issues when required.Maintain project plans, sprint schedules and internal status reports.Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, QA and DevOps teams.Develop an understanding of technical specifications, APIs and platform integrations.Act as a reliable communication point between internal stakeholders.Gradually take ownership of increasingly complex product and customer deliveries.Skills required:Around 2–4 years of experience in project management, project coordination or delivery.Experience working within a SaaS, technology or digital product environment.Strong hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence.A good understanding of Agile delivery and sprint-based development.Strong organisation and attention to detail.The confidence to follow up on actions, challenge unclear updates and keep projects moving.A proactive, accountable and coachable approach.Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.Genuine curiosity about APIs, cloud platforms, software architecture and digital products.The ambition to progress into independently managing technical product delivery.Experience within video streaming, connected TV, mobile applications, interactive media or enterprise integrations would be beneficial, as would exposure to a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.Interested?If you’re looking for a role where you can learn from an experienced technical delivery leader, take on real responsibility and build towards owning major product implementations, please apply or message me directly for more information.
