Associate Quality Assurance

Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting the quality framework across the company’s processes and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, reviewing documentation and workflows for compliance with internal standards, and supporting routine quality checks on operational processes. The associate will help monitor adherence to policies, prepare basic quality reports, and escalate identified issues for follow-up and resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to ensure continuous improvement of quality practices and consistent execution of standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support the design, execution, and monitoring of quality processes.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to contribute to maintaining and improving company-wide quality frameworks and performance metrics.Candidates should possess skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where relevant to ensure regulatory alignment and consistent operational standards.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to assist in internal reviews, documentation checks, and corrective action follow-up.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.Familiarity with real estate, construction, or related industries is beneficial, along with experience using basic productivity and collaboration tools.Relevant academic background in quality management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
