Associate Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) UAE Nationals

We are currently partnering with a reputable international bank in Abu Dhabi to recruit an Associate Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.Identify business opportunities and support portfolio growth.Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, annual credit reviews and credit limit assessments.Prepare credit proposals and support relationship management activities.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures.Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and high-quality service.Support post-sales activities, including covenant monitoring, documentation, and annual reviews.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Investment Banking and other business units, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or a similar role within a financial institution.Good understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis, KYC, and regulatory requirements.Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Professional banking or finance certifications are an advantage.
