This is a rare chance to be the primary scientist beside the CEO: real ownership of experiments, fast decisions, and work that can move from bench insight toward therapies that matter for aging and immune health — without layers of bureaucracy.What you should already be strong at:• Multi-color flow cytometry (immune phenotyping panels) • RT-qPCR / qPCR for gene-expression readouts • Immunocytochemistry and fluorescence microscopy • Mammalian cell culture and assay development with controls + acceptance criteria • Clear SOP/protocol writing and careful lab documentationStrong plus: cellular aging/senescence assays, plate-based viability or luminescence readouts, immune-cell assays, or functional cell assays (e.g., metabolic/mitochondrial readouts), use of bioreactors (Eppendorf, PBS, or Grex).Location: On-site, BioLabs at Pegasus Park, Dallas, TX. Full-time.
