Request Title: Production Coordinator I / User Research Assistant Location: Burbank, CAContract Duration: 9 months Pay Rate: $32.71Must Have Skills / RequirementsComfortable speaking in front of groups with authority.Experience moderating research sessions involving groups of participants, such as focus groups, workshops, playtests, or other qualitative research activities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Technology Requirements:Comfortable with Office 365 tools, survey/data analysis tools, and databasesComfortable with using technology, setting up lab hardware, troubleshooting common device connectivity issues.Knowledge of research design, qualitative, and quantitative methodologies.Familiar with game design theory and development process for video games.Other Tools – Copilot, AI platforms, PC and console hardware experience, preferred.Education / CertificationsCompletion of a relevant college degree (branches of experimental psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, or related field).
