The company focuses on building tools that make research more transparent, traceable, and easy to collaborate on for users in various domains.Role Description As an Associate Researcher at Atlas Workspace, you will support the development and validation of research workflows and features within the platform. On a day-to-day basis, you will gather and organize information from diverse sources, synthesize findings into clear summaries, and help build and test knowledge maps and citation structures. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to provide research inputs, identify gaps in data, and ensure that research outputs are accurate and verifiable. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and participation in in-person meetings and workshops.Qualifications Ability to conduct structured research, including sourcing information, evaluating credibility, and synthesizing findings into concise outputs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfort working with digital tools for knowledge management, data organization, and collaborative documentation.Attention to detail and a systematic approach to verifying facts, citations, and data relationships.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, including contributing to cross-functional projects and team discussions.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as information science, social sciences, humanities, computer science, or related disciplines.Experience or interest in research tools, AI-assisted knowledge systems, or data visualization is a plus.Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies for research and knowledge management.
