Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Research Associate – Packaging to support the Packaging team in research, data analysis, market intelligence, and packaging-related projects. The role will involve gathering and analysing information, preparing reports, and supporting the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on packaging materials, technologies, trends, and industry developments.Collect, analyse, and interpret packaging-related data and prepare reports/presentations.Support evaluation of packaging materials, designs, specifications, and cost-related information.Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging packaging trends and solutions.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for collecting required technical and commercial information.Maintain databases, research records, and documentation related to packaging projects.Support the Packaging team in cost optimisation, process improvement, and new packaging development initiatives.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Chemistry or any science field.0–2 years of experience in research, analysis, packaging, or a related function; freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication and report-writing skills.Attention to detail and ability to work with data and multiple stakeholders.
