Atlas Workspace focuses on building intuitive tools that make research workflows more transparent, rigorous, and collaborative.Role Description The Associate Researcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves closely analyzing research papers, extracting key concepts, and mapping relationships across different sources to support product development and content structuring. The Associate Researcher will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and refine research workflows within the platform, test new features, and provide evidence-backed feedback. Daily responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, organizing research libraries, preparing clear summaries and visual representations of findings, and assisting in building research taxonomies and frameworks. The role may also involve supporting user research, documenting best practices, and contributing to educational materials for researchers using Atlas Workspace.Qualifications Strong research and analytical skills, including experience conducting literature reviews, synthesizing complex information, and organizing research findings.Ability to clearly communicate insights through structured writing, concise summaries, and visual representations such as diagrams or concept maps.Familiarity with academic research workflows, reference management tools, and basic data organization or information architecture principles.Comfort collaborating in a cross-functional environment, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, humanities, computer science, information science, or related disciplines).Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in an on-site setting.Experience with digital research platforms, note-taking or knowledge management tools, or user research is an advantage.Proficiency in English and effective interpersonal communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
