The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq.What’s On Your Plate?Supplier Fill Rate ManagementCoordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates to optimize for AvailabilityBuild supplier relationships and engage with suppliers to enhance their Service LevelsManage the daily supply operations and drive process improvements with supplier and internal Demand/Store teamsManage supplier delivery schedules to ensure they are meeting internal Inbound receiving requirementsS&OP ImplementationImplement S&OP cycle with suppliers by engaging in proactive discussions to improve Service LevelsBuild and share an SKU wise rolling supply plan with suppliers and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with demand team to incorporate supplier constraints in the forward looking demand forecast planHold quarterly Business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure we are on track with the agreed plans. Highlight and drive corrective actions, where necessaryMonitoring And ReportingAbility to build and manage reporting of service level dashboardsAbility to use multiple systems like Looker and Tableau to derive relevant data sets and prepare key reportsKPI AccountabilitySupplier Fill Rate, Supplier On Time Delivery, Supplier OTIF %QualificationsWhat Did We Order?You have at least 2-5 years of experience in F&Vsolid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control and basic finance knowledgeYou are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the jobGood communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several toolsAdditionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skillsLanguage Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageousComputer Skills : Very Good in Excel, ERP SystemShould Have Quality and Food Safety Related certificate
