This person will follow established protocols, maintain clear experimental records, help troubleshoot assay or equipment issues, and communicate results to the project team.Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: Experience with cell culture, experience running assays, experience with data analysisKey responsibilitiesExecute routine biochemical and cell-based assays according to established protocols.Prepare reagents, samples, and assay materials; operate high-throughput laboratory equipment and assay instruments.Record, organize, and review experimental data, and communicate results and observations to the team.Analyze assay data and contribute to summaries, presentations, and reports.Identify and troubleshoot routine experimental or equipment issues, seeking guidance when needed.Follow laboratory procedures for safety, documentation, and data quality.Coordinate day-to-day assay materials and activities to support timely execution.Basic qualificationsBachelor’s degree in biology, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field.Masters degree OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experienceAt least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.Experience following experimental protocols and documenting laboratory work.Preferred qualificationsIndustry experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.Experience with high-throughput laboratory instruments, such as Echo liquid dispensers and Multidrop dispensers.Familiarity with data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism and Genedata Screener.Experience with biochemical and cell-based assay execution, data analysis, or troubleshooting.
