SummaryEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.Key Requirements:1+ year of mammalian cell tissue culture experience.Experience with cell-based assays, primary cells, and human whole blood.Automation experience with platforms such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter preferred.Data analysis skills using Excel, R, or Python.Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.Role Responsibilities:Maintain and expand cell lines and perform/troubleshoot cell-based assays.Isolate, culture, and work with primary cells and human whole blood.Support high-throughput in-vitro assays and laboratory automation using liquid handlers.Analyze and report experimental data.Collaborate with scientists and engineers to improve tissue culture, automation, quality, and efficiency.
