This combination of advisory, research, and training positions SAC Capital as a trusted partner for companies and investors seeking growth and governance excellence.Role Description: Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of various corporate finance transactions such as issue manager (IM) for initial public offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, financial adviser (FA) and independent financial adviser (IFA) for privatizations, general offers (GOs) and reverse take-overs (RTOs), interested person transactions (IPTs), mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.Perform due diligence on transactions and research on companies and industries.Advise clients on the compliance requirements of SGX listing rules as well as the relevant securities regulations.Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents such as prospectuses, circulars or information memorandums. Support origination efforts through the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials.Liaise with clients, professional parties and regulatory authorities to work towards successful completion of transaction.Requirements:Degree in Accountancy/Business/FinanceFrom graduate and up to 2 years of corporate finance, valuation or auditing experienceSelf-motivated, responsible, meticulous, strong analytical ability and project management skills and good team playerGood command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and staff which are mainly English and Mandarin speakingStrong communication and writing skillsPossess an aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving Able to travel for work assignments when requiredApplicants with working knowledge of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual will have an advantage
