Walk-in Drive in Bengaluru | KYC Professionals with Private Equity/Hedge Funds Key Requirements:KYC/Client Onboarding experience to Private Equity and/or Hedge FundsImmediate to 30 days' notice joiners only preferredStrong communicationJob location- BengaluruExperience- 4-12 years, UK Shift, HybridJob Purpose:This position will be responsible for delivery of KYC operations related to Private Equity / Hedge Funds.The process will include:Inbound / Reverse KYCAssessing requests received from 3rd party funds / administrators and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders toCollate all the KYC documentsPrepare applicable KYC/AML questionnaires (UBO declarations, PEP questionnaire, AML questionnaire / AML comfort letter)The individual will work in close partnership with the operations teams to ensure accurate and complete data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.UK ShiftKey responsibilities:Very strong understanding of legal entity structures and applicable underlying KYC/AML documentation requirementsCoordinate with multiple teams to i) source and ii) prepare necessary questionnaires and lettersPrepare MIS reports and documentation related to the tasks.Interact with the customer and discuss the outputs.Key Competencies:Mandatory requirements4-12 years’ experience with Private Equity Funds / Hedge Funds, with strong hands-on experience in handling all operations)Mandatory exposure to Funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Cayman Islands and British Virgin IslandsStrong domain knowledgeExcellent understanding of different kinds of legal entitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical and judgement skillsProven record in client interactionsStrong Reporting skills (MIS for operational statistics)Certifications (preferred)ACAMSACFCSICA
