You will own the financial modeling, lead the drafting of transaction documents, and coordinate due diligence processes for active M&A mandates.Core Responsibilities:Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated LBO, DCF, Merger Models, and 3-statement forecasting models.Deal Materials: Draft comprehensive CIMs, teasers, management presentations, and valuation reports.Transaction Management: Coordinate data rooms, handle due diligence questions, and interface with buyers/sellers.Market Research: Utilize financial tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet) to analyze industry trends and public comps.Who You Are:Experience: 2–5 years of experience within Investment Banking Advisory or a dedicated Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG). Title will be commensurate with experience.Education: Strong academic background. An MBA or progress toward a CFA is highly advantageous.Technical Mastery: Flawless financial modeling skills and deep familiarity with corporate valuation techniques.
