Join us and be part of a company that's not just powering progress, but empowering people to build a brighter future.Job Purpose:The role will take full responsibility for the day-to-day execution and management of 132 kV HV Underground Cable Project and responsible for site construction activities, subcontractors’ supervision and directing, permits follow up and coordination with relevant authorities, work planning, progress reporting, problem solving, and overall site execution from mobilization through completion and handover.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all 132 kV UGC construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, project requirements, and safety standards.Take full responsibility for site execution, productivity, quality, progress, and coordination.Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly site activities to achieve project milestones and approved schedules.Monitor and update the project schedule, identify delays, and implement recovery plans where required.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including mobilization, manpower, equipment, productivity, work fronts, progress, and performance.Coordinate with PDC, consultants, municipalities, RIPC, utility owners, road authorities, and other relevant government entities and stakeholders.Follow up and coordinate all required permits, approvals, inspections, and authority requirements related to site activities.Coordinate construction interfaces with HV cable installation, HDD, civil works, joint bays, cable trenches, ducts, link boxes, earthing, testing, reinstatement, and related activities.Review site requirements and ensure the availability of materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and work fronts.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including productivity, manpower, equipment, quantities, progress status, constraints, and planned activities.Monitor actual progress against planned progress and provide accurate progress measurements and forecasts.Coordinate with the team regarding monthly progress measurement, subcontractor quantities, invoices, variations, and payment applications.Review and verify subcontractor progress claims and invoices against actual site progress and approved quantities.Identify potential variations, additional works, delays, and commercial impacts, and coordinate their proper documentation.Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and relevant project stakeholders and ensure timely closure of action items.Resolve site technical and construction issues in coordination with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, approved method statements, quality procedures, and project specifications.Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning activities, punch-list clearance, as-built documentation, and final project handover.Maintain effective communication between the site team, project management, engineering, planning, commercial, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.Provide management with timely updates on progress, risks, delays, manpower, resources, commercial issues, and required decisions.You're a great fit if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 5-7 Years' of technical experience in the same field PMP certification is preferred.Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAutoCAD knowledge and experience will be an advantagePDC approval is mandatoryTransferable Iqama is required
