Associate Software Architect Agentic AI

Job Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout and stabilizationDefine multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, tool orchestration, memory management, and evaluationEstablish architectural standards for reasoning workflows, prompt orchestration, and structured output enforcementDesign and scale RAG architectures, including strategies for retrieval, grounding mechanisms, and data flow patternsEvaluate and select LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools based on performance, cost, and use-case fitEnsure production readiness through observability, performance tuning, and cost control strategiesCollaborate with senior engineering leaders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical directionSet best practices and guardrails for agentic AI development across teams

Job Requirements

B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT), or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field9 to 12 years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI platform developmentStrong proficiency in Python and familiarity with design patterns and microservices architecturesHands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and AutoGPT or similarExpertise in embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systemsProven track record of designing scalable and maintainable systems
