We foster a collaborative environment where early-career engineers can learn, contribute, and grow through real-world product development.Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer with minimum 3-5 years of experience to join our product engineering team and contribute to the development of modern web applications. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle while contributing to real-world business applications in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining full stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or React while implementing reusable and maintainable components.Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following established development standards and best practices.Participate in debugging, testing, and resolving application issues with guidance from senior team members.Work with relational and NoSQL databases to implement and maintain application data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and UI/UX to deliver project requirements.Use Git for source code management and contribute through code reviews and collaborative development workflows.Support application deployment activities and gain exposure to containerization using Docker.Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements.Required Technical SkillsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Working knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular or React.Familiarity with Python programming and backend development concepts.Exposure to web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.Familiarity with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Basic knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.Working knowledge of Git and version control concepts.Basic understanding of Docker and containerization fundamentals.Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.Preferred SkillsExposure to cloud platforms or basic cloud computing concepts.Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile development practices.Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.Experience with personal, academic, internship, or open-source projects demonstrating full stack development.Basic understanding of authentication, security, and web application best practices.Eligibility CriteriaB.Tech/B.E., MCA, BCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong interest in full stack application development and modern web technologies.Demonstrated learning through academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal projects is an added advantage.What You Will GainHands-on experience building and maintaining production-ready full stack applications.Mentorship from experienced software engineers and opportunities to learn industry best practices.Practical exposure to modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and development tools.Opportunities to strengthen problem-solving, software design, and debugging skills through real project work.
