The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end and full-stack software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving technical issues, and contributing to system design and architecture discussions. The Associate Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement features, and support deployments and enhancements. The role also includes learning and applying best practices, documenting technical solutions, and staying current with modern development tools and methodologies.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, including B.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech. Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Skills in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), using one or more modern languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript).Ability to work with databases, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., SQL/NoSQL, RESTful services, Git).Effective problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a focus on code quality and testing.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Interest in learning new technologies and contributing to projects in domains such as web collaboration, online education, and enterprise applications.
